Application:

Strataflex is a thickness approximate of 0.36mm, works with numerous surfaces and uses adhesives to bond the material to various existing substrates and structures.
Strataflex is a unique, thick and flexible decorative film that easily conforms to the shape of the surface it is applied to. Once cured Strataflex is durable, long-wearing and easy-to-clean via Murospec approved substrates.

HOUSING:
With its adhesive base, Strataflex can be placed on flat or slightly rounded or curved walls. It is a perfect solution for general refurbishment schemes, enlivening aging walls & for any desired sized feature wall.

HOSPITALITY:
Strataflex can be used in themed environments to express a whole spectrum of possibilities including exotic fabrics and unique masonry finishes. The adhesive and mouldable nature of Strataflex allows for endless artisanal designs for cultural projects and also illuminating spa or leisure environments.

MARINE:
Strataflex is certified B class to IMO and the EU Marine Equipment Directive (MED). The Polyurethane material is high-quality and durable. It is recommended for enclosed areas and watercraft interiors. Our Strataflex products are excellent fit for any type of watercraft equipment including cruise ships and private yachts.

Note:This collection is protected by a clear, hard coat layer to prevent stains. It is recommended you order a sample prior to making a purchase decision to confirm the hard coat meets your required needs.

Limitations: Strataflex is not suitable for applications on 3 dimensional shapes – ceilings, tops of real radiators. Clean with a damp mild soapy soft cloth or liquid spray formulated for PU surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaning powders or wax polishes.

Note: Always use Murabond for all bonding work as other glues may cause issues.

Substrate: Strataflex Artisan is suitable for any flat and sealed surface. Strataflex Artisan requires an application to a near-smooth surface for the white underside is non-forgiving of any ridges, blemishes, or joints.

Adhesive and Substrate:

Decorator – For installed panels use manufacturer’s adhesives and use as directed.

StrataflexD is pre-pasted using a proprietary paste for this adhesive-backed finish.

Note: Apply the paper backing, your curved hammer or J-roller as a rolling pin for an even & detailed result.
